Casinos Custom is the engineering practice of Stephen Casino — an AI developer and engineer who designs and builds every engagement personally, end to end. No account managers, no outsourced implementation: the person who scopes the work is the person who ships it.

The practice sits at the intersection of post-quantum cryptography, AI systems, and hardware — a from-scratch post-quantum hardware wallet, Solana smart contracts, privacy-first Android apps, and the RF hardware and enclosures that hold it all together. If it needs to be correct, built to last, and shipped end to end, that’s the work.

Standard cryptography has an expiration date. Our flagship work runs on NIST-approved ML-DSA-87 (Dilithium5) for signing and BLAKE3 for hashing and key derivation — the pairing behind the KBM Helix Wallet, a from-scratch post-quantum hardware signing device. SHA-256 and legacy elliptic-curve signatures are retired from new work, not layered on top of.

Keys are split across independent factors — combined only at the moment of signing, never reconstructed in one place — and generated on isolated hardware; zero plaintext key material touches host memory.

Custom protocol stacks built on the Noise Protocol Framework with post-quantum hybrids. Forward secrecy by default. Traffic analysis resistance via constant-rate padding and cover traffic generation. Transport-agnostic: runs over TCP, UDP, QUIC, raw Ethernet, LoRa, and custom RF links.

Key hierarchy: root keys in HSM → epoch keys (ratcheted per session) → message keys (per-packet). Compromise of any single key reveals nothing about past or future traffic.

We don’t just wrap APIs — we build inference engines. Custom CUDA kernels for attention, fused MLP operators, quantization-aware training pipelines, and speculative decoding implementations that hit 90%+ acceptance rates.

Current focus: local-first LLMs running entirely on-device (A770, H100, RTX 4090) with under 2s cold-start, KV-cache offloading to CXL memory, and PQC-signed model weights for supply-chain integrity.

PCB design: high-speed digital (DDR5, PCIe 5.0, 100GbE), RF front-ends (2.4/5.8 GHz, mmWave), and analog front-ends for sensor fusion. 4–16 layer stackups, controlled impedance, EM simulation in Ansys HFSS. Fabrication via JLCPCB/PCBWay for prototypes, domestic fab for production runs.

3D printing: carbon-fiber reinforced nylon, high-temp resins, and metal binder jet. Enclosures, antenna structures, thermal solutions, and custom fixtures — built to spec, not off a shelf.

A unified dashboard for the entire stack: key management, secure comms monitoring, AI inference orchestration, hardware telemetry, and print farm control — hardened end to end, with PQC-signed update bundles.
